Leading initiatives locally and globally with the IB, Cambridge International, Princess Diana Award, Wildhearts, Wings of Hope and Rotary International. Identifying and nurturing talent in young people across learning, leadership and values.

Lifetime Holder of Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion 2013. Honorary Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). Secretary at International Fellowship of Rotarian Educators (IFRE) introducing the first Interact Club to Switzerland. Co-creator of the UN Global Entrepreneurial Leader (GEL) Youth Summit 2018/2019. Author of IMPACT programme with Extend Education and education writer for Global Geneva magazine.
